AmaarShathi.com is a serious matchmaking platform designed to help individuals seek a life partner for marriage—it is not a casual dating site.
Access to AmaarShathi.com is free of charge. However, we offer optional Premium Memberships, which allow users to enhance the visibility of their profiles through various features and promotional tools offered across AmaarShathi.com.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
To use the services provided by AmaarShathi.com, you must register as a member on our website or mobile applications (“Site”). AmaarShathi.com operates as an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using our services, you consent to submit your personally identifiable information, which may include sensitive personal data such as financial information (for premium memberships), identity documents, employment details (if provided), etc. You agree that this data may be collected, processed, displayed, and used for the purpose of delivering our services and facilitating communication with other Members. d. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and to comply with all terms of this Agreement and applicable laws. If AmaarShathi.com determines that you are ineligible or have misrepresented any information, your membership may be terminated without refund.

e. Match suggestions or search results shown to you on the Site are based on the preferences you have entered in your profile.

f. AmaarShathi.com may occasionally partner with third parties to provide exclusive offers to members. Your data will only be shared with such partners after obtaining your explicit consent.

Account Security

a. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials provided during registration.

b. Any activity that occurs under your account—whether by you or someone else—is your responsibility. We strongly advise that you do not share your username or password with anyone.

c. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission or if there has been any unauthorized use or breach of security, you agree to inform us immediately.

d. Always ensure that you properly log out from your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

Term and Termination

a. This Agreement remains in effect and binding for as long as you use our website and services.

b. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by either deleting your profile from the site or contacting AmaarShathi.com in writing. Please note that termination will not entitle you to any refund of unused subscription fees unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

c. AmaarShathi.com reserves the right to terminate your access or membership without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms of Use,

  • Use of the service for commercial purposes,

  • Engagement in prohibited, unlawful, or inappropriate activities.

d. If your membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, no refund of any subscription fee will be granted.

e. Certain provisions of this Agreement—such as clauses related to privacy, dispute resolution, liabilities, and limitations—shall survive the termination of your membership.

f. The duration of any paid membership will be governed by the specific type and term of subscription selected by you.

g. In the unlikely event of business discontinuation, AmaarShathi.com will refund 50% of any unused portion of your membership fee.

Non-Commercial Use by Members

a. AmaarShathi.com is for personal use only. Members may use the site to find suitable life partners for lawful marriage.

b. You agree not to use the site for any commercial purposes, including:

  • Advertising,

  • Promoting other platforms,

  • Operating a business, agency, or group using the site.

c. Unauthorized or improper use of the site, including framing, linking, or scraping content, may result in legal action and criminal proceedings.

Other Terms of Use for Members

a. AmaarShathi.com reserves the right to review and restrict any member account based on unusual activity or violations of terms.

b. By registering, you agree to receive communications via:

  • SMS, calls, and WhatsApp (including OTPs),

  • Emails for match alerts and account notifications.

These communications override any Do Not Disturb (DND) or NCPR settings you may have.

c. Only one account is allowed per individual. Duplicate profiles may be deactivated without notice or refund.

d. Information in your profile must be accurate and truthful. If you are registering on behalf of another person (e.g., sibling, friend, or child), you must have their full consent.

e. ID verification may be requested at any time to improve platform trust and safety.

f. You must not:

  • Promote products, services, or external websites to other users,

  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or chain emails,

  • Harass or offend other users through any means, on or off the platform.

g. Bots, crawlers, or automated systems are prohibited.

h. Inappropriate messages or activity may be deleted or blocked without prior notice.

j. Members using Premium services such as AmaarShathi Select or VIP Services must agree to their specific terms.

Proprietary Rights in the Content on AmaarShathi.com

a. AmaarShathi.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the website and its services.

b. The site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and proprietary content belonging to AmaarShathi.com and/or its licensors. Except for public domain content (like member profiles) or content with user permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, perform, or sell any proprietary information.

c. Any violation of this clause may result in:

  • Termination of your membership without a refund, and

  • Legal action (civil and/or criminal), if applicable.

Content Posted on the Site

a. AmaarShathi.com reserves the right to remove any content (including listings, photos, profiles, and messages) that:

  • Violates this agreement,

  • Is illegal or offensive,

  • Poses a risk to the safety or rights of others.

b. By submitting content (including your success story, images, or contact details), you grant AmaarShathi.com an unrestricted license to:

  • Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content across the site and community.

c. You agree that all content you submit is your responsibility. AmaarShathi.com is not responsible for:
